Millia Institute of Technology accepts applications from eligible candidates for its UG engineering programs (Govt. Quota Seats) through BCECE counselling. Those applying for the PG courses may fill the application form for B.N. Mandal University. The application process in details is as follows:

The application process for B. Tech is given below:-

• Candidates are advised to download the prospectus from the BCECE website www.bceceboard.com and go through the instructions carefully before filling the online application form.
• They may click on the ‘Apply for BCECE’ link to start filling the application form.
• The first step of application involves registering for BCECE via online mode.
• Enter latest Email-Id and Phone Number where Registration Number and Password are sent upon successful registration.
• The next step involves payment of application/ examination fee using credit/ debit card or net-banking or via challan.
• The application fee can be paid only after logging in to the application portal using Reg. No. & Password.
• In the subsequent two steps, fill personal and educational details respectively.
• In the final stage, the applicant is required to upload scanned copies of his/ her signature and passport size photograph.
• Review the application at this stage following which a printout of the completed application form must be taken for further correspondence.
• Copies of all relevant documents, a passport size photograph and a Paid copy of the Bank Challan (if applicable) must then be enclosed in an envelope (17x30cms) along with the hard copy of the application and the same must be sent via Registered/ Speed Post to the following address:

The application process for MBA & MCA is given below:-

• For MBA and MCA admissions, candidates may fill the application form issued by B.N. Mandal University.
• They can fill the application form online and pay the prescribed fee through credit/ debit cards or net-banking.
• The application forms for these courses can also be filled through DTE, Bihar website.
• Candidates applying for government quota seats must attend counselling conducted by DTE for admission to MBA and MCA programs.
• Those opting for management quota seats (50% of the total number of seats) can download the application form and fill it.
• The completed application form should be enclosed along with photocopies of all relevant documents including a demand draft for the prescribed fee.
• Sent it to the institute campus so as to reach on or before the last date.

The following documents must be submitted at the time of admissions/ counselling:

• Marks Sheet and Admit Card of I. Sc. or equivalent exam
• Matric/ equivalent certificate and Admit Card as proof of age and Identity
• Graduation marks sheet and degree certificate, for PG courses
• Caste certificate, if applicable
• Character certificate
• Income certificate (If needed, to be submitted at the time of Counselling)
• Application Form (Part-A)
• Photographs, as mentioned in the prospectus
• Certificate for native of Bihar
• Refugee Registration certificate, as applicable, if applicable
• Certificate of Servicemen's Quota (SMQ), clearly mentioning the relationship of the candidate, if applicable
• Certificate for Disabled Quota, if applicable
