Faculty to student ratio is good approx 40 students per teacher. Teachers are very talented and helpful. You can interact with teachers whenever you want in their free time. They are very good mentor.

The faculty of college was combination of both good and bad. If I rate them on scale of 1 - 5, 5 being Excellent and 1 being worst. My rating would lies between 1.5 - 3. Some of the faculty were not well qualified to teach engineering students. They just completed their engineering and joined as faculty.

The faculty is dedicated to bring out the best in students . The faculty and staff are completely supportive of your needs and will try and fulfill all your demands in terms of books or talent exposures.

College faculty are good but more faculty are newer. They have less experience.More faculty come from nearest nit jamshedpur, who has done m.tech from nit jamshedpur. College provide less money in response his/her teaching.
