Admission to the college is based on academic performance and application details submitted online. The shortlisting process for interviews depends on applicants' academic marks and available seats in each department. The college has a highly qualified faculty focusing on academic and personal growth. Monthly fees vary by program: BSc and BCom students pay around 15,000 INR, whereas BA students have lower fees, and BBA students pay higher fees. SC, ST, and OBC candidates benefit from reservations and financial assistance at the year's end.
The college offers placement opportunities only for the BBA department with an average stipend of 1,000 INR per month. Despite other departments lacking placements, the college provides classes for skill development. No loan facilities are available, but there is a bank on campus for fee submissions. Students, except those in the general category, receive approximately 12,000 INR upon opening an account at the campus bank. The annual fee is 20,000 INR, higher than government colleges, which are about ten times cheaper.
Scholarships are available for SC/ST and economically disadvantaged students from both the college and the Jharkhand government.
