LBRCE has a strong placement record, with numerous multinational companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Microsoft, and Amazon visiting the campus annually. In a recent batch, over 500 students were placed, with this year's placements already surpassing 300 offers. CSE and ECE branches show high placement rates, with approximately 70% of students securing jobs.

Core branches like Mechanical, EEE, and Civil have fewer opportunities, highlighting a need for improvement. The average salary package ranges from 2.5 to 4.5 lakh per annum, with the highest package reaching 14 LPA. The college provides training through a dedicated placement cell, although internships are generally sought by students independently.

Students are eligible for placements starting from the 6th semester, and about 70-80% of students receive job offers annually.
