Gokhale Centenary College (GCC) is managing by Kanara Welfare Trust (R) and was established in the year 1966. It is permanently affiliated to Karnataka University, Dharwad and approved by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). It offers graduate and postgraduate programme in arts and science fields. The faculty of institute is highly qualified, dedicated and experience in their field. The college provides NCC and NSS training to students. In the University examinations, the results of the college have been satisfactory.
The college has all necessary facilities like a canteen, an indoor games hall, and well-equipped laboratories in Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology, spacious Library etc. The college office is equipped with latest computers.
