BE (Bachelor of Engineering) is the flagship program of KLNCE. Admission to the BE program is based on TNEA Counseling. The BE course fee is INR 2.2 Lakh. Admission to ME, MBA, and MCA is based on TANCET scores. TNEA overall cut-off was 22297 - 25291, while for TANCET it was 22.124 - 87.781.

KLNCE offers admission to the 4 year full-time engineering program. Admission to the BE/BTech is based on TNEA Counseling. TNEA counseling is based on the given eligibility criteria:
- You must have studied in Tamil Nadu from class VIII to class XII.
- You must be a Tamil Nadu native if you have completed your classes VIII to XII in some other region/ outside Tamil Nadu. You need to submit an original nativity certificate in electronic form / digitally signed e-certificate.
- If your parents are central government employees in Tamil Nadu from the last five years.
- If your parents are All India Service Tamil Nadu Cadre Officers, you are eligible and need a self-declaration from your parent.
