My experience at Jeppiaar

Faculty:

Faculty is good , but you cant expect it to be upto par ...we have internal and modal exams through which internal marks are calculated and uploaded to anna university... i wouldnt say my college is strict but it has rules and restrictions.

Teachers are very friendly and helpful to grow ourselves.

Teachers and staffs all are good at teaching. They help all students to grow their talents and academically also. I like Regan who took physics in my first year for me. The ratio of student to faculty is about 1:3. And many good staffs. I dont like shakila as she will not take classes properly. There will be 2 assessment exams and 1 model exams before each semester and 2-3 assignments. The exams will be not much tough to clear , mostly students will clear.

the faculty members are very friendly with as . there is so many tests are conducted like weekly test , monthly test , assesment 1 , assesment 2, model . but the staffs are not good at english communications

I liked all the staffs who were friendly and enthusiastic.

In information technology course you would have 8 semesters with each wearing different 5 to 6 subjects. I like the way the teachers was struct in my early year because because we were so small children for entered the campus from the school directly. They thoughts in a strict way and then allowed to be free. I like all the faculties. About 58 in a class 13 fail to clear the exams. The first and sixth semester would be difficult.

As our department has the least faculty count, there's nothing much I can say about faculties. We have enough staffs to cover our course subjects. Some teach well and have good student teacher relationship but and also there are staffs who don't teach well. They conduct internal assessments for which attendance is mandatory they say but I don't know.

Real Student experience in Jeppiaar Engineering College

As I have done my engineering bachelor's in Biotechnology, the course was on the 2017 regulation. But as of now, the Anna University changed to 2021 regulations, there aren't that much of a change, it's just the change of subjects scheduled in different semesters. The chemical engineering papers of this degree is the most tough ones, it needs vigorous hard work for good marks, and the biology papers are very interesting and fascinating. The first year will be in science and humanities, so it will be alright. The faculty are good, and they'll provide all the required notes before the exam properly.

Professors and their involvement in students character and professional development

The faculty to student ratio is 2:60. Thought the faculty members are less the quality of teaching is good. They are very calm and collected and help you in any way when you approach them. Ruthra Elumalai maam of CSE department is and will be the best professor to have walked the corridors of CSE department. Balamurugan of 1st year department has exceptional english skills. There are 3 internal exams and one set of external exam conducted by Anna University.

The faculties and students have a good relationship and they are easily approachable Ruthra elumalai and Jagadhishan are the best faculties in my opinion because the way they teach is easily understandable and they are friendly Python sir has very limited knowledge about python programming and his way of teaching is not at all understandble 2 semesters per year and it is quite difficult but if the students put the efforts clearing the exams won't be an issue

While i am joining here i experienced good teaching facilities

There is a small number of faculty present in this college for the past few months so it is tough to teach more than 60 students at a time who may not be able to focus in classes. faculty are good and teaching well for the students, if you are having any questions you can raise and ask your questions to the staffs.
