IES College of Technology Bhopal Course Admission 2025: Dates, Fees, Eligibility, Application Process, Selection Criteria

ICOT offers degree and diploma courses in engineering where total intake for B.E is 660 and Diploma course has 240 seats. Those who wish to apply for B.E course must do so by appearing in JEE Main and registering for centralized admission process. Diploma course admissions are based on candidates scores in MP PPT, followed by online off-campus counselling.

B.E candidates must have passed class 12 examinations with Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subjects and minimum 45% marks in aggregate. In case of reserved category, a minimum of 40% marks is required.

Key Points for Polytechnic Admission:

• Those candidates who have passed class 10 examinations with minimum 35% marks are eligible for diploma admissions.
• They must have Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects in class 10.
• Candidates who have cleared class 10 examination with grace marks are also eligible.

The degree course of M.E is offered in five specializations at postgraduate level. The total number of seats offered in each specialization is 18. Those candidates who have valid GATE scores are considered eligible for admission.

Four-year bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized university/institution is minimum academic eligibility. The minimum marks required in degree is 50% for general category and 45% for reserved category candidates of Madhya Pradesh.

Note: DTE prepares merit list of candidates by considering GATE scores, marks obtained in qualifying examination and date of birth of candidate (in the order of priority).

The college offers comprehensive course of MBA in three specializations. It has a total intake of 60 seats. Candidates planning to pursue the course have to register for centralized online admission counselling on the basis of CMAT scores.

Candidates must possess bachelor’s degree in any discipline and secure minimum 50% marks. There is 5% relaxation in minimum eligibility marks for reserved category candidates of Madhya Pradesh only.

Note: In case a candidate has not appeared in CMAT then he/she can apply on the basis of merit of qualifying degree examination. Counselling such candidates is done separately.
