It has separate Girls and Boys Hostels with standard quality of food and lodging facilities. Students can also stay on their own near by residential areas. Standard cost of living here goes around Rs. 6000 (Rent-Rs. 2500+ Food Rs. 2000+ Transportation Rs. 1500) per month.
Also, students who wish to go out and refresh themselves of their hectic schedules can do that easily as the city contains many popular places and nearest food joints.

Hostel Facilities:
The hostel is also good in condition and its good for cleaning and this is eco-friendly and ragging are totally ban on campus. There are 3 hostels in college
Hostel one for girls.
And hostel 2 and 3 for boys.

Hostel facility is very good. Rooms and food was good at hostel atmosphere was helpful by senior hotelier. Sharing is caring thus sharing is done by students of rooms .dont know about PG's. Rental is as low as 3000 .

There is a build in hostel separate for girls as well as boys in inside the college there are many seats in the hostel so one doesn't needs to worry about getting a seat in the hostel. There are PG's nearby if one doesn't want a hostel room Jabalpur not being a very expensive city, the PG's rental is not very high about 3-4 k for a room and 6-7 for a house/flat. Mess food is good. Unlike from other colleges mess food is really good.

In my college, there are many festivals are celebrate and seminars are going in my college and visit the other colleges and universitiy to attend the seminars. in my college, there are several books and a good library.

- The canteen food is average, with lots of outside visitors, especially at dinner
Hostel Facilities:
I lived in the hostel present in the campus itself. There are two types of accommodations- single occupancy and double occupancy. Bed, table, chair are provided in each room. Fans, tubelight and light bulbs are also provided. There is facility of almirah as well. Electricity and water supply are also included in the fees.

There are abundant books in the library; however, the library is fine.
The fest is usually conducted by the interns in March when everyone is done with their University exams.
The classrooms are well-equipped with fans, benches, monitors for PowerPoint presentations,
For sports and extra-curricular there are poster-making competitions and conferences where one can highlight their academic skills.

Campus Life:
An annual fest called halcyon is organized every year in summer and various cultural, as well as technical programs, are organized under it. The library is quite abundant with books and journals. Classrooms are well-ventilated and spacious. Sports activities are limited within the campus but students take part in inter-college and inter University games. HECCA is an alumni club run by alumni of HCET which organize various fest from time to time.

In hitkarni college of engineering Jabalpur,, there are many annual fests are organized like DJ night, Holi fest, and many more. In this college, library is extend into 3 floors and all types of books are available in the library. In this college, there is NSS and NCC also.

Normal room with a single bed in some rooms and double bed in some rooms, internet facility is also available for hostelers, mess facility is also included in hostel charge, the registration process for a hostel is easy you just have to pay the money in advance to get a hostel, yeah there is a nearby locality called Sainik society and Priyadarshini colony my friends live there.
