GIT B.Tech Lateral Civil Engineering FAQs
Ques. What is the difference between REAP and LEEP for admission to GIT Jaipur?
Ans. REAP (Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process) is the centralized counselling for admission to the 1st year of B.Tech programmes in Rajasthan, based on JEE Main scores. LEEP (Lateral Entry Examination Process) is a separate centralized counselling specifically for Diploma holders seeking direct admission to the 2nd year (3rd semester) of B.Tech. For B.Tech Lateral Entry in Civil Engineering at GIT, you must apply through LEEP - not REAP. JEE Main scores are not required for LEEP; your Diploma percentage determines your merit rank.
