All about my college and how things are in here.

Likes

The fees is very affordable for the courses. And the infrastructure is also very good. It provides good facilities too.
The campus is very green and very good. The teachers are helpful but it depends on the student if they like them or not.
Placement services are not top notch but they too are good. The highest package is around 15-17 lakhs and average is around 5 lakhs per annum.

Dislikes

The campus is very small and the sports culture is also not very good.
The placement are good but they're not provided to everyone. Not many companies visit the campus either.
The faculty is ok ok. They aren't very good either but they can be a bit problematic.

Admission:

I chose this college due to the affordability and how near it was to my home. Even while being affordable it provided enough facilities and resources to learn. I didn't get a rejection from any other college. I didn't apply to any other college but i did give jee mains exam and couldn't get enough score to get a computer science branch. Admission process is simple, there is no particular eligibility criteria but maybe a good score in class 12th. Otherwise there is no particular difficulty.

My college life with one of best College

Likes

I liked the well educated and friendly staff of the college.
I like the neat and clean campus of my college All things are well maintained and clean.
It's better to get many options of courses in the college as per your need and will.

Dislikes

I disliked the canteen space it was not too much small but as a college it can be little
I disliked the entry and exit prohibitions during the academics as it is not the school
Many of teachers get changed in very short time period I don't know whyy

Admission:

I've applied only for chandigarh university and this college gateway Institute of Engineering and Technology... But I didn't get addmission in Chandigarh University because of my famiy as they refused to go me to chandigarh and giet this college was in my hometown i.e. Sonipat and not far from my house and this is overall better than many colleges. They provide internship and placement opportunities as well addmission process in this college is a short interview and a shortlisted nature test. The eligibility in this college to take addmission is 60% marks in your high school.

The architecture of the college is really good and very neat and clean environment.
The teaching level is very good. Teachers pay full attention to the students.
All the basic features or fascilities are there. Like AC, auditoriums etc.

Dislikes

Sports fascility in the campus is not good. The college should pay more attention towards sports
Labs needs to be improved just a little bit.
There should be smart screens in every classroom

I liked the sports tournaments that held in our college and outside the college.
The canteen was good as it also had some type of outside food franchise.

Dislikes

The girls to boys ratio is very less as you can say there are only 10-15 girls in a 60 students class.
There is no dispensary available for the students.

Admission:

Actually i didn't apply for this college in this first place i was applying for other big names like du , cu like these univeristies but then some things happened and i had to stay in this college as it is in my home town.

Overall every everything is good like good infrastructure
And all the labs are equipped with latest
Equipments to use and all college have wifi facility

Dislikes

Faculties are not reliable as they leave college without completing course
And wifi speed is too low for student to use
Lack of placement opportunities, non of the company are visiting this college

Admission:

The admission process is simple student should be 12 pass with physics, chemistry, maths and should have scored above 60%. Admission starts in the month of August to September and application fee is 1500. The exams are medium hard and held in the interval of every 6 months. The admission process is good, no need of improvement

The architecture of the College is pretty well than other colleges in sonipat.

Dislikes

The placement faculty isn't good, the companies that they offer are some low level companies that we haven't heard the names of.

Admission:

You can take admission without any entrance exam, they take admission on the basis of 12th marks ( direct admissions). The exams are scheduled every semesters and the difficulty level is Normal, if you even study one night before the exam you can qualify it. The college are little strict on the fees depositions, they always ask for the fees before the next sem starts . The admission process is really simple, it barely takes time.

The admission process in my college was entirely based on the percentage in their secondary school. They don't have any entrance exam which I did not found fruitful as btech cse generally requires high tech knowledge so for that they must have conducted entrance exam so that the students which have interest and qualified , only them should be ebroll in this course so they should definitely improve this in their admission process.

Actually in my college there was no entrance exam as they had given admission based on the percentage which I seems its a little unfair as IT is a advanced field which requires high tech knowledge so they should have conduct entrance exam so that particular students can only get the admission based on their entrance exam score. This is what I want that should be improved for the admission process.

Actually in my college there is not mandatory exam for admission if student given jee mains exam then also okay if not then also they have provided us admission which I think that was not good because for b tech one should have to take jee mains exam so that seats would not be allotted to anybody.
