- There shall be provision for direct admission for a limited number of NRI students. The University (BPUT) and the examination conducting authority shall adopt the eligibility criteria as specified by AICTE.
- The student should at least have qualified in one of the entrance examinations of JEE (Main).
- Admission of a total 100% of seats in B.Tech courses are taken from the merit list of JEE (Main) only conducted on all India basis by CBSE, New Delhi, Govt of India, however the final distribution of seats, as per the decision of Govt. Of Orissa Policy Planning Body.

- Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) is an entrance examination for admission to a number of professional courses in engineering and management program in the professional colleges of Odisha.
- Admission into postgraduate courses of the Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT), Rourkela, Orissa shall be based on criteria decided by the academic council of the University.
- There shall be provision for direct admission for a limited number of NRI students. The University (BPUT) and the examination conducting authority Odisha Joint Entrance Examination shall adopt the eligibility criteria as specified by AICTE.
How to apply for OJEE?
- Visit the official site of OJEE.
- Choose the application form as per your course selection.
- Fill the application form with personal, academic, qualification details, you will have to choose the preferred exam centre.
- Upload scanned images of your passport sized photograph, signature and left hand thumb impression.
- Payment of application fee of INR 1000 or INR 1500 whichever is applicable to application form in respect to your course selection.
- Once the Application Form is submitted carefully, take a print out of the same for future reference.

Admission:
There is many good aspects of the college students are comfortable. The admission process is very easy and there is no exam and no GD/PI. They were see your jee@ojee cut-off rank score. There is no round for the anything.

- The college campus is good and clean and there are so much trees and plants in the college campus but the campus size is not that big
- There are lots of students are studying form different states you can interact with all those students and make good friends

- The campus size is not that big it is average and needs to be large

I have not applied in so much colleges first I was sure that I am going to pursue MCA in any private college so I decided this college admission process is simple you have to come with you degres certificates and personal documents for verification and you have to pay the 1st year hostel fees if you are staying in hostel or you have to pay the half payment of the course fees of the first year if you are holding a good ojee rank you will get discount in the course fees

- Cultural programmes like Saturday Nights,Festives occasion,lab infrastructure, library, sports facilities are too good
- Freedom and the regular classes,Study circle
Dislikes
- Hostel food is same for one year and no restriction for boys allowed late night parties also
- Exams are happening for no reason per month one exam is compulsory

I applied in SOA and Trident Academy because of the high course fee ,i didn't do the addmission. Gift is Autonomous college and my elder brother preferred me this college and the fee is affordable. No I don't scored good in JEE so I clearly admitted in GIFT. Students must be attended JEE,OJEE exam or others engineering exams and there is no certaint cutoff for the course. Addmission experience was very good

Initially i don't have any plan about this college and i never thought to get admission in this college. But there is some incident happened with me that i choose this college. Admission process is very simple just like every private engeenering college if you appear in ojee or jee then we will get admission easily.
Admission:
I chosse this colllege beacuase of its budget friendly course fee and the exam crietaria and the placement is nearly 100 % . The faculty system and the management of the college is very good. It has neither big campus or nor a small. You can find necessary things here.

When choosing a college many factors come to play , such as reputation , placement opertuinty , faculty expertise. And also compus facilities. So i choose GIFT Autonomous college. The main reason is the tution fees was affordable.

- Faculty and environment , food in cafeteria and the way seminar are being conducted
- Scholarship are provided for good cgpa students

- Food in our mess , some ac are not working
- Network issue inside the college campus and wifi also doesn't work

I choose this college because the course fees of college was quite reasonable. I also liked the college campus. Due to lack of money and decided to get admission in this college for financial issue only

- Faculties are good and their studying style is also good.
- Library is thier and you can brought books and notes.
Dislikes
- The food of hostel is not so much good .
- The mobile network is very poor in hostel and also in college.

As i apply a saat exam for admission in iter college. And I successfully selected for cse branch. But I am unable to join that college. The main reason is the fee structure of iter college , I can't afford that much of money. So I found that gift college is give appropriate things for me . So I joined Gift college.

I had applied for Gita and also get almost confirmed. I had choosed this college because of its teaching and because of its name in this field, No I don't get any rejection from any of the college that I have applied earlier. The addmission process is similar to all other colleges around First we have to confirm our seat to take admission and the proceeds with the admission procedure i.e., the college will call you when the admission will start and there will be an orientation once you got admission.

- Faculties:There are lots of experienced teachers are there in this college ,there are many profesor are also there,and they share there experience with us which help us in our study.
Dislikes
- Transportation:This is located in a rural area so auto are not run in this area very much but college has buses.
- Location:This is located in a rural area which make little trouble for travelling,and auto are not much in this area.
Admission:
Its is no.1 college in Odisha.It is a NAAC A++certified college.Its NIRF ranking is 29 all over India.It is a NBA certified college.All the above thing temped me to make decision to take admission in this college.
