Truth of about colleges

Likes

Staff and students work collaboratively and work together
Good surrounding in classroom and good teaching
Ideas and mentorship program are more engagement

Dislikes

Need to walk long for handwash after lunch
Claiming staircase to 3rd floor with out lift
Sometime the needed stationary will not be available

Placement Experience:

The average annual package offer is around 3.5 lakh only the company which ever came is 4,3 lakh per annum,I got not placed and cleared gate 2025 with low margin which is not also use full to trying for UGC 2025

Overview of my college

Likes

My college is good for their improvement over new programs over the last year and they are trying to enhance with the students knowledge
Each department trying to add new value added course to develop knowledge for the students
Oru college is mainly focusing on the studies and improvement of the students wellness and placements

Dislikes

There is no extra curricular activities in our college and bored of studying for longer periods
There is no importance for sports and there is not a proper training for the students for there physical education
There is no socialization in our college and there is a strict rules that no girls and boys should talk to each other

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester the students are eligible for the campus placements, The companies visiting our college are vibro, cognizant, TCS,IBM,ect.. I think the offers made in the last year was 300 ... The highest package in our college is 30lakhs per annum The percentage of students getting placed are 60% My plan after getting my degree is to work in a IT company

Likes

Its a good experience because our college conduct bridge course for first year students it's helpful for adapt the atmosphere.
Our college conduct an exam Every month.
Faculties are friendly with our students

Dislikes

Our college rules are strictly,followed by the faculties
Saturday mandatory working day for students and faculties
They conduct few entertainment activity like cultural

Likes

College infrastructure is good I think .they got a well educated faculty.if they priotize sports it will be good
In clg campus ragging was prohibited and other illegal things also
They provide placement training at third year

Dislikes

They only conduct few celebration like culturals, Pongal etc..
Saturday is also a mandatory working day for both students and faculty
Frequently conduct test which affect students mental health

Placement Experience:

From onwards sixth semester, students are undertaken placement training and got placed in companies also.the top companies are datapatters,tessolve etc ..the highest package was 18 LPA I guess and the lowest 2LPA

The life in Dhirajlal Gandhi College of Technology

Likes

The teaching was very great. They have experienced staff and teach clearly.
The placements were quite good . Every student got their job after graduation.
They conduct extra activities or events that helps us keep enjoyable and motivated to study

Dislikes

The events like cultural are quite simple. They are actually less entertainment
The industrial visit are within only one day so rhe students can not be able to enjoy that trip.
No other things to be disliked . They have a good college environment.

Placement Experience:

By completing the 3rd year the students are attending the interview for jobs by the management itself . They provide 200+ companies for placements. The good rank and skilled students got placement quickly before other arrear students.

Likes

I have enjoyed a lot of things in our college. Classrooms and teaching staffs are very comfortable to learn.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to attend placements from their 7th semester ( starting of the 4th year ). One of the learning and teaching company named 'Byjus' had visted our company and offered us a package of 3Lakh per annum to enrich our students. Around 70 percent of students got placed in the our college.

Remarks:

College is poor overall. Management is more poor. Education is good. But a college is not for offering that alone. No fun events in college, stress making tests, practical knowledge is not gained and participation in external competitions is rarely allowed.
