Overview of CTAE

Yes I have opted for college hostel from the first year itself. College hostels are quite good and affordable. But the hostels require renovation and college is lacking in this field. Hostels are provided with every essentials such as electricity, water, WiFi, RO water, Bed, study table, chair and almirahs. Also each hostel have a ground to play outdoor sports and ample parking space. Each hostel also have a decent functioning mess which provide quality food to the students, there are three meals included in mess which are breakfast, lunch and dinner. Mess area is clean and hygienic. Everyday cleaning of Hostel and mess is done by cleaning Staff. A student can apply for hostel by filling hostel admission form which is available in chief warden office. Also hostel and mess fees are quite affordable. If a student has opted for hostel then he will not seek to look a rented room or PG because hostel is well equipped with every kind of facility.

The hostel is decent and hostels are different for year wise students. Students have to shift hostels at the end of session. There is double seated hostel for first to third year students with 2 beds, two almirahs, two chairs and two study tables. For final year students there is single seated hostel with one bed, one study table and one chair. The mess food is also of decent quality which includes daal, one sabji, rice and chapatis, there is special lunch on Sunday. For hostel admission students have to fill hostel admission form and to be submitted in Chief warden office if available then the room will be alloted for them.

About hostels they are as such for first year to third year students they are double seated with 2 beds, 2 tables, 2 chairs, 2 almirahs and the fee is 25570 and the single occupancy room is only provided for final year students with a fee of 26670. There are separate hostels for each year students. Every year students have to shift hostels as they get promote to next year. The allotment is done on the basis of performance based in exams. The mess food is quite food, it is excluded from hostel fee and have to paid every month. There is special dieat at Sunday lunch and there is no dinner on Sunday night. I have opted for hostel, I live in college premises. The registration for new admissions is done on the first day of induction programme and for existing students every year we have to pay fee and submit hostel form in chief warden office.

Good college

Hostels are far away from the main gate of college

Hostels are good but some hostle are old but the new hostels have the good facilities good infrastructure of the hostle has been seen through the outside. Hostels fees is 25000 per year which is good enough. We have to fill a form for hostle.

The hostel facility of this college is good but the mess food is very very bad and of very bad quality They give the special food every Sunday which is not at all special for us I live in a flat which rented me for about 10000 which has very good food facility and less price from hostel

At some places drinking water taste like sewage water
Hostel are in very bad conditions. Electricity problems, broken (no lock) almirahs, small rooms, etc.
Canteen is not so good, just provide some of the food items like kachori, samosa, biscuits and few drinks. Rate is same as of any shop.

Hostel (1st year) :- I got PhD hostel by luck which was way better than any other hostel, spacious room, good almirah, good toilet/bathroom to student ratio, etc. other hostels are just opposite of this. In one room you get 1/2 ceiling fan, 2 bed, 2 almirah, 2 table-chair. Mess is the worst part of hostel, if you opt hostel you have to take mess with it also. Worst quality food, too oily, water mixed, No hygiene, food wastage, etc. Menu is for breakfast, very less item with water milk, item include, aloo paratha, normal paratha, pudi aloo, bread pakoda, poha. Lunch and dinner is 1 sabji, 1 dal, chapati and rice. Vegetables are aloo, aloo matar, cabbage, bengan, ladyfinger, chole, chane, sev tamatar, etc. All of them are very bad. Registration is very simple, just go to hostel office and payment fees through challan or online. Room outside of campus (2nd year) We are 2 people in one room, normal size, attached let-bath, balcony, no beds, one table. Rent is 5k for both of us, electricity bill is based on consumption. These types of rooms are not easy to find, most are occupied. Food is around 50-70 per plate. You can't ask for good food in udaipur (around campus area) but it is better than mess food.

My day by day growing college CTAE

Hostel facility is moderate as from first year to third year same room is allotted to two persona nd it includes two chair, two table ,two tubelight and two cupboard for both the roommates. And bathroom and toilet are commen for a floor and floor will contain 8 rooms each. Meal quality is not so good and can be considered for basic leaving as the charges are not so high so it is valid with its rate as rate is decided by government. Menu is well decided by the contracter of the message and the message is common for all and hostel registration is done when you will pay the college fee and you have to make a demand draft for the college boys hostel account and it is around 25000 for double seated room and 26000 for single room as for final year the single rooms are allotted and if you will compare to the paying guest or outside it is affordable and cheaper. I have never rented a room or pg because I find it nice and value for money as no need to stay outside as hostel is perfect place but some of my friends have rented room at bohraganeshji chauraha a PG

Mera College

Hostels are not worth it. So much lack of facilities.
Mess food is filthy . No quality as per the amount they take

Hostel facility lack in hygiene, comfort and maintenance. Rooms have 2 fans , cemented walls, broken window. Meal quality is not much good . Mess is also so clumsy . Food is tasteless and insects are also found in the food sometimes.

Real stories and honest review

Hostel facility is not good . 2 table chair and 2 beds as well as 2 almiras provide in each room. Mess food is also not good and menu is fixed in which quality is also not good. Registration process of hostel is application form is provided and hostel room is allotted according to JEE rank. And hostel fess is approx 30000 per year. Many PG is located outstide of college. Or private hostel.
