Ques. Is NIMCET mandatory for MCA admission at AITS Udaipur, or can I apply without it?
Ans. NIMCET is the primary entrance exam accepted for MCA admission at AITS Udaipur. However, AITS also offers management/direct quota seats where admission is based on graduation marks without requiring a NIMCET score. If you have a valid NIMCET score, it strengthens your application and may make you eligible for merit-based scholarships. Students who have not appeared for NIMCET can still apply directly to the college for management quota seats. Ans. The total mandatory tuition fee for the 2-year MCA programme at AITS Udaipur for the 2026-27 batch is Rs. 1,54,804 (Rs. 77,402 per year). Optional charges include transportation (Rs. 11,000-21,000/year depending on route) and hostel (Rs. 65,000/year for triple-seated or Rs. 75,000/year for double-seated rooms). For the 2026-27 batch, free bus facility and free uniform are provided to all admitted students. Examination fees and other miscellaneous charges are not included in the tuition fee.
