What are the main programs and branches available at AVCOE?

AVCOE provides various UG and PG programs. At the UG level, students may typically opt for a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in branches such as Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering and IT. At the PG level, the college has M.E programs in selected specialisations.

Does AVCOE provide scholarships?

Yes, scholarships for SC/ST/OBC/EBC students are provided through the schemes of the government of Maharashtra and the central government, which cover complete or partial fees. Applications are received online on avcoe.or.

How does the admission process work for different programmes at AVCOE?

Admissions for the BE/B Tech programs are generally done based on certain entrance exams at the state or national level, like MHT-CET, along with JEE Main. There is also a provision for admission under the institute level or management quota based on eligibility criteria. What is the highest package offered in recent years?

The reason why the highest package offered differs from year to year is because of the handful of students who are offered above INR 6-10 LPA from Capgemini, TCS Digital, and other foreign firms. These offers are restricted to candidates with exceptional coding skills and academics.

Are there any placements for students in core companies from the Mechanical/Civil/Electrical branches?

Yes, there is placement, albeit to a lesser extent than for the IT branches. Core employers do hire from the Mechanical, Civil, and Electrical Engineering branches. These include the manufacturing industries, construction companies, electrical contracting enterprises, and even governmental vendors. However, a good number of students have taken up jobs off-campus or are seeking further education, such as M.Tech or MBA.

What are the kinds of companies that recruit students from AVCOE?

AVCOE is associated with a good number of recruiters from varied branches. To begin with, Wipro, Capgemini, Cognizant, Infosys, TCS, and Tech Mahindra, as well as other IT and software companies, conduct drives regularly. Furthermore, core engineering companies in the manufacturing, construction, automotive, and even the electronics sectors also recruit from other branches like Civil, Electrical, and Electronics from the degree programs. Bosch and L&T and some local industrial companies are expected to participate. Furthermore, some of the newly developed start-up companies and firms in the service sector do come along to offer positions in product development, consulting, sales, and testing.

In this college teachers are mostly focusing on academic only another than extra activities

The teacher are provided internship to us in AIP (Automotors industrial projects pvt ltd ). I am in company for 1 months and will work on various projects like car parking system and other projects that on the basis of plc .

It is surrounded by trees and has good water and food facilities

I like the college campus there is greenery very much

College do provide a decent amount of placements have a average package of 4.5 lpa , minimum 7.5 cgpa is required to get qualified for mnc companies my plans after getting a degree is to join a development company and be a developer if possible a frontend developer.

I liked the college campus as it is very neat and clean.
I liked all the teaching as well as non teaching staff as they are all very understanable.
I liked my college's Canteen as they are very hygienic and clean.

Dislikes

I dont like that they are not organising trips frequently.

Various companies come for college placements like TCS, Wipro etc they provide various role according to their pursuing course or degree. There are various projects that we can make as per our knowledge and experience .

my college is help to student for their currier, teacher are well educated and most of are done ph.d faculty
Big Campus is allocated with wi-fi for student ,that will help for student grasp knowledge
placement is well and average package is 4 LPA and highest is 12LPA , and foreign language also provided by college like japanise and germen

I liked the teaching staff who is actually good for academics.
Hostel staff is pretty good with cctv surveillance
Scenario is good enough and its out of the town

Dislikes

Its too farr away from main city which a not good thing
Food quality is not good enough for students
U are not aalowed to use zomato and swiggy around college

Amrutvahini College of Engineering: College for the life experience

Our College having a strong side in every perspective that a student needs in the college. The points such as placements, libraries, strong infrastructure, canteens, sports facilities, friendly faculties and many more
They strongly believes in the academics. The college having great infrastructure amenities such as libraries, canteens, gardens, auditorium,etc.
But the college takes a lot of efforts for the students career needs and they gave the best for our placements.

Dislikes

Some of the things i disliked in our college was the restricting the student's entry if the students forgot to bring their Id's.
In the reading halls librarian's not allows the students to discuss
And also college comprimises with the student's gathering events

The internships offered by the companies to the students in their third year mainly. Some of them are infosys, tcs, qspyder, wipro, barclays,etc. I have done the internship in barclays in which i was working on the data stores of the clients.

Good placements and campus view at AVCOE

Likes

I like the campus view it is fresh and clean.
The infrastructure of the college is very nice
The faculty members are very helpful in college

Dislikes

The canteen food is quite unhygienic so i don't like that
The college don't have lifts for students .
Mobile phones are strictly prohibited in college.

Placement Experience:

In our college,placement are so good from last few year's.Highest package that students receive from recruiting companies is of near about 1 cr.And maximum students get place during internship programme. One more thing about our college is that they helps us to develop new skills.
