Vidyarashmi School of Nursing, Puttur

Vidyarashmi School of Nursing is supported by the SNR Rural Education Trust. The college was established in the year 2005. It is affiliated to the Karnataka Nursing Council and formalities completed. It is approved by INC and Govt. of Karnataka. It offers with 3 ½ duration of Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) program to the students with intake capacity for 50 students annually. The college has state of art infrastructure provided with essential facilities for faculty and students. The faculty of the college is qualified and experienced in respective fields of expertise.

1. Internship & Clinical Experience– The students of undergo for a 6 months of internship. In the internship period the students are exposed to various aspects related to field such as health economics, administration etc. practical knowledge is important therefore students are assigned to observe and practice under supervision in clinical area for practical or clinical experience.
