As a result, students must rely heavily on their personal efforts and networking skills to secure placements. Despite these challenges, many students successfully secure positions at prominent firms by the end of their semester.
One student completed a 7-month internship as a teacher at Dmas Kids Zone School in Lucknow, which provided valuable teaching and learning skills. The internship also led to a permanent teaching job offer.
