I am really proud of my college and they provide beter facilities and teaching facilities for us
The placement services are average and there is a less chance of job opportunity.The quality of the infrastructure is average
The teaching method of faculties are said to be ok.....They put all their efforts in helping us

Internships Opportunities:

Our course is a 4 year course and is 3 and half years of theory and half years of internship.We got internship in Kims hospital trivandrum and it also improves our capabilities of practical skills and improves our knowledge.

Overview of KIMS College of Nursing ; everything you must know.

Likes

When comparing to other nursing colleges the students are given freedom in the type of dress they could wear.
The revision which is provided by the college before the university exam is very effective and it helps in preparing us for the university exam.

Dislikes

Stress, this is not about the college. The course itself is very stressful and sometimes it is too difficult to handle all the stress.
The students have much limitations in doing procedures in the parents hospital which indirectly affects the efficiency of students

Internships Opportunities:

Internships are offered at the parent hospital KIMS Health. In the semester system, there is an internship for the last 6 months that is 8th semester. The students will be having morning, Evening and Night shifts. Bus facility is available to and from the hospital, Stipend is not provided.

Lied the college atmosphere.teaching methods
Faculties attitude towards students
College infrastructure programmes and so

Dislikes

The announcement are not pronounced early
Bus starts late from college in the evenings
Sometimes the madams attitude is very hurtful

Placement Experience:

After 4th year we get placements Our seniors who passed out from college got placements in our own parent hospital kimshealth.some of the seniors got success for pet exams My plan is to join with kimsgealth and after getting the experience.to join with language study and going to abroad

I like my college. I like the rules and regulations of my college. I think this is the best choice

Placement Experience:

My college placement is very well. 50% of students getting in placement. After my degree, I combined with the team and improved the team. The college was very good and the faculties were very cooperative and loving people

The teaching facility is good. it is helpful
The faculty are friendly and motivate us to studies
The clinics is good for practicals and for great carrier

The campus is little bit strict and are worried
The clinical practical procedure should improve
The assignment and requirements is more..

There are companies and roles offered under internships with stipend..their are projects and outcomes to clarity the tasks..The Kims give internship with stipend it is helpful for students ..the projects

Amazing college

Likes

The college is having good campus vibe and best background
I also like the hostel environment of college
Hospital is much beautiful and good ampience

Dislikes

Students are getting low clinical exposure for clinics
College Hostel washrooms are not clean at all.
I also don't like the mode of teaching they adopted

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus selection from fourth year.number of students getting passed each year is aboit80 percentage .The college is providing better guidance and IAM planning to go abroad after studies

Likes

Hostel life . My hostel life was nice. I got so much of good friends. And i git my besties in there.
Campus. The campus was nice . All my teachers were nice .
College. I like my college and it is a nice college.

Dislikes

Food. Sometimes the food were bad and not tasty
The bathroom in some hostel was untidy and doesn't clean
The placement was not nice. We prefer some more hospitals like the GH for clinical practice.

Internships Opportunities:

The college will provide placements in college hospital. All the students after graduation will have placement opportunities. Sometimes we can enter within the placements nor we can choose our options in selecting the hospitals.

Likes

There's no restrictions in our dressing, we can wear whatever we like.
Encourage abilities of students and help them to improve thier skills

Dislikes

Phone is not allowed even though we can't use in class hours

Internships Opportunities:

Internship is during the last semester of our course that is in eighth semester. Internship is done in our parent hospital, kims Health.. And there's no stipend for us in our internship period of Bsc nursing

The college provides an internship program in the 8th semester and it's a 6 months program. This accompanies better working facilities and working experiences. This helps to make us more professional in our field.
