The hostel at UCMS offers single rooms to each student from the first year, with sizes approximately 8x8 sq ft or 10x10 sq ft, inclusive of a balcony. Rooms are equipped with a bed, study table, chair, and some have an attached balcony. There are 25 rooms per floor, sharing 4 bathrooms, 4 toilets, and 4 washbasins. The hostel provides 24-hour electricity and water supply, but air conditioners are not allowed—only coolers.

Security is robust, and there is ample greenery around. The mess charges are roughly 20,000 to 24,000 INR per year, which includes breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, and dinner. Food quality is generally good, with a varied weekly menu featuring both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Special meals like biryani and chole bhature are served on select days. Despite the absence of Wi-Fi, students can install their own internet connections. The registration process for hostel accommodation is straightforward, with preference given to students from outside Delhi.
