In saveetha college, culture is known as stride it was held from the beginning and now it's happening in saveetha dental campus, and other events are also held. all festivals are also celebrated within the campus. Sports and inter and intra-college competitions are also held.

Stride is conducted every year. It's conducted by the college on the dental campus and monthly Inter and intra-college competitions are held. There are several conferences conducted and speakers from international.

There are 3 libraries available within the campus and running over 8 pm, students are allowed to stay in the library till 8 pm, full ac and all books are available. Sports and extracurricular activities are the priority for college students participating in intercollege and outer colleges.

Annual fest, competition, spider webinar are conducted and hosted by the college, Rotaract clubs are organised for students, sports events and infrastructure is good and advanced journals and books are provided and many libraries are present with well-equipped furniture

Different occasions are celebrated at our college such as world physiotherapy day was celebrated with great enthusiasm. Many of the students participated in different activities at the occasion. There is a availability of community program in which women health club was organised to examine all of the local women in the area. Also women's day celebration took place. Frequent cleaning process under the swachh Bharat abhiyan is taken into consideration by the college faculty. Farewell day and induction ceremony is held every year.

Gender ratio was good. It was more of girls in our batch. We have conducted, attended many events, workshops, seminars. We had students from all religion. We never had any political or religious influences distrubing us during the course. We really had good time in college. We had all freedom to follow any religion.
