RMCH Bareilly Faculties : Students' Opinion

AI-Generated Summary based on 25 Reviews

The faculty at this college is highly qualified, with all members holding at least MBBS, MD, or MS degrees, and they are known for their dedication, enthusiasm, and supportive nature. The student-to-faculty ratio is approximately 1:20, although larger classes of around 250 students are managed by 5-10 faculty members per department. Faculty members employ both manual and digital teaching methods to enhance learning and are approachable for doubt clearance and mentorship, with some faculty members being particularly noted for their helpfulness and expertise.

The college has implemented a structured examination schedule that includes mid-semester, pre-professional, and professional exams, with students generally performing well, as evidenced by a high pass rate of about 95%. Regular interactive sessions are also held to facilitate student-faculty engagement. Despite overall positive feedback, there are mentions of a few faculty members being less approachable, and concerns about management restrictions and fines.

Faculty:

Faculties are very supportive and helpful classes are taken as lectures or sometimes saminars and students also do presentation. For clinical postings batch is divided small groups so it's easy to teach. Every year there are term exams (once or twice) other than this there are class test arranged by individual departments. And on year end there is pre professional and professional final exams. Fail portion of students are not more than 1/4 of the batch strength.

1. A total of 110 students were in the class with a ratio of 90 girls and 20 boys. 2. DR. Juhi, DR. Anamika were very good at their work. they always taught their topics very clearly and with full focus to deliver it as wide as possible to the students for their better understanding. 3. there was a yearly system of exams conduction, no semester or mid semester exams were included. 4. no mid year tests are included in the curriculum. 5. an attendance of 75% is mandatory for the students but can be negotiable in some cases. 6. difficulty level of exams was high. an overall 90% of students were able to pass the exams. course curriculum was quite relevant and the couse study was stricted towards the curriculum.

Faculties overall in college is good. Some faculties have good relationships with students some don't. You can get to faculties whenever you needed. First year faculties are more good then any other year faculties. Some faculties are very bad they don't have that knowledge or if have they don't show any interest in teaching. Some faculties make you and show you how dumb you are. Some faculties are very responsible and show you the cases and teaches you on the patients and ask you to do the activities. There are lots of exams in every year (you cannot give fix value), it depends on HOD of that department

The faculty to student ratio is roughly about 1:20 where the faculty is continuously giving lecture to classes The faculty that I liked the most is HariOm Jordan the only faculty that was able to understand my writing and he didi not gave marks solely for good hand writing but in the basis of the content in the answers. The examination were held 4 times in a year 3 were internal and the final was the external the examination marking is like 75 for theory and 25 on basis of practical

1:50 ratio of the student to faculty Few faculty members are actually good but some aur quite harsh and rude to talk even. Faculties are only approachable if there is actually any kind of emergency to dealt with. I like ved prakash sir hod of microbiology, he's actually very knowledgeable and genuine I like pc Srivastava sir hod of fmt he's strict and always rude according to his moral and atheics . I like jagdamba sir and om sir of surgery department they are very skillful surgeons I don't like principal , no soft corners for students at all I don't like management of this college , too much restrictions and fine imposing The SWO of this college is actually doing nothing in our welfare We have given total 9 exams throughout in our college life which are main exams + other sort class test Exams aur quite helpful , moderate in difficulty level

The faculty members have been very helpful throughout the course duration Special thanks and focus to the Anatomy department, ObGyn department and Surgery department for their year long hardwork and enthusiasm to make sure students learn a lot. The department of medicine had a little less to offer But overall experience was good. Teachers are helpful and respectful except for a few. The exam pattern is very straight forward We have terminals and pre University and then University exams. If you read properly you'll clear exams easily otherwise you won't, as simple as that. Every year almost 10-15 students out of 150 fail.

Faculty members are good. Each department has their own dedicated section in college with atleast 5 teachers in each non clinical department and 8 or more in clinical department. Every year you have to give 3 exams minimum for each subject of that year. 1. Terminal (Mid semester Examination) 2. Pre Professional/Send Up examination 3. Professional/ University examination
