Eligibility Criteria

- Non-medical / life science candidates: Must hold M.Sc., MA, or a Masters in Engineering/Technology with a minimum aggregate of 60 percent marks from a UGC-recognised institution, in Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Biophysics, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Immunology, or a closely related subject.
- Social and behavioural sciences: Postgraduate degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Nursing, Nutrition, or LLM from a recognised institution.
- Candidates holding a JRF/SRF fellowship from CSIR, DBT, ICMR, UGC, or DST are exempt from the entrance exam; in-service PGIMER faculty are also exempt.
Admission Process
- Register on the PGIMER online portal (pgimer.edu.in) during the application window (April-May for July session; September-October for January session).
