Hostel is very good here and special hostel for 1st year students
Veg options for vegetarians also available.

Dislikes

Less patient flow in hospital as it is in remote area
No big ground for sports you have to struggle for playing

Internships Opportunities:

You have to do one year internship in hospital of this college itself but the apfient load is very low. You have to self aware to attend the patient,as I saw there are no such crowd seen in hospitals even on Sundays

Honest review of Pk Das institute of medical sciences

Likes

The classroom infrastructure is really nice.
The campus environment is very beautiful.
Teachers are very supportive and easy to communicate with.

Dislikes

Management is very strict regarding hostel timings and other activities.
There could be more extracurricular activities.
The miscellaneous fee could be avoided since most of that money was not useful for the students.

Internships Opportunities:

The internship is quite a hectic period. You have to work a long time and only receive 7500 every month. I wish they raised that stipend .You can do researches during you intership which will be useful for your future especially if you are planning to go abroad.

Details about Private medical colleges in a nutshell

Likes

College infrastructure is the best part with ac classrooms and a well equipped library. Lifts are also provided in college,hostel and hospital buildings also.
Hostels are spacious with all facilities.mess is inside hostel making it easy for students.
Calmness of the campus making it possible for students to study in a peaceful environment

Dislikes

More stress on academic leaving little space for other programs.
Lack of an auditorium and ground is not a big one.
Patients flow is varying and cost of expense is too high making it non affordable for many.

Internships Opportunities:

After passing final year exams all students have to do compulsory internship in the corresponding college for 1 year. During the internship period students will be allotted to various departments for varying periods. It is the time during which maximum clinical exposures will be obtained

Placement Experience:

From 5th-year internship starts. Being a medical college all students get an internship in the hospital associated with the college itself. 100% of students get the placement. After completing the degree I will be seeking postgraduate programs.
