After completion of full course that is 3/4 or 4 and half years one is eligible for placements
I don't have much knowledge on the companies and packages
After bachelors degree I'm planning to do masters in same course

This course is of 3year and a year internship after internship we can apply for the jobs there is no campus placement offers
But with experience and name of our deemed University I think we can get a job easily
For better options we should pursue masters too

Highest payment in foreign countries being around 1 lakh per month
Especially students of mahe enjoy advantage on placement because of the amount of knowledge and experience every mahe students have

There is campus placements. As much as we know, mahe promised a 100% campus placement after finishing the course here. The average salary as per my knowledge is 15,000 rupees which is low for a lab technician. The work hours are long and I think they deserve a lot more

This is medical related course so placements will be given only after completing the course. After full 3 +1 yr, you can get full time job.
Highest average package is 2.2 Lakhs per year for bsc completed graduates and almost 5 Lakhs for msc completed graduates.
95 percent placements are there in hospitals for this course.

Internships Opportunities:
1year intership and will get a small stipend it will disclose only when we reach 4th yr, some senior told it will be 2000 or below. We have job offers in every cancer centre, if the hospital have Cancer center then we are needed

Internship opportunities are available. Mostly students have them along with their coursework and not separately. But paid internships are also provided by the college. Mostly research work and projects take up your time.

As a health professional my internship os for 6 months in kasturba hospital and tma pai hospital in karkala and udupi.
These postings are still going on right now. The postings have a lot of clinical exposure for our curriculum. Across various departments of hospitals we will be rotating.

Intership has to be within the manipal hospitals itself the only exception is for bspl and physio students where under the guidance of their professor they are alloted various camps and schools for their posting

- Chennai faculties coming and settling in this institution for more money which led to less employment opportunities to localities here

2. Kasturba Hospital Manipal - stipend of 1,800 per month in which you get so much exposure in Contact lenses, Binocular vision, Low vision, Refraction, Diagnostics, vision therapy etc.
