These PGs are a popular and affordable choice for students, offering good quality home food, security, and convenient locations near the DTU campus and Aditi Mahavidyalaya. The college is located in an industrial area, far from the city center, prompting students from distant cities to opt for nearby PGs.

Some students choose to reside near Rohini (Shahbad Extension) and commute daily by bus, although this area is less preferred due to its distance.
