The college fee is not that much and it provides high value education and the faculty is also very polite. Course is affordable. Students have to pay admission fee and a amount for registration fee, examination fee, etc that cost not more than 600 .
Yearly it goes around 10,000 without any scholarship or reservation. If you are from SC/ST category then you will get relaxation. Hostel addmission fees is around 7000 but after that monthly it becomes less.
I am pursuing my bachelor's in zoology form this college.I applied in this college through Samarth Potral and after the college accepted my form i went to the college for the further process.
Fee Structure may differ as i had an income certificate of yearly income of 1L so i got free admission. But students who doesn't have an income certificate of monthly income less than 6L cannot get a free admission and have to pay a fee of 7000.
After that we have to pay a examination fee of rs 1750 before the end sem exam
As its a government college so only semester wise examination fee is only taken.
Talking about the zoology faculty it's quite manageable and supportive with minimum assignment and practical pressure.
Along with zoology my minor is botany and it's same as zoology dept manageable and supportive.
Along with this we have 4 more sub SEC,VAC,AEC and GEC.
The college campus is environment friendly and peaceful.
The fee structure is not rigid, it's changes over time. First when I took admission it was 4060, but after a year it's now 3630, it's affordable as you don't have to pay any other additional fees or money to the school apart from the exam fees.
There is no extra fee because this a government college. In the admission process we need to pay a specific ammount like 7000-8000 rupees per year. But if any students have income certificate below 150000 than they will be able to take free admission.
We only paid on our 1st semester,i.e., 5490 something. But for people whose parents don't have govt. jobs or the salary is less than 2 lakh per annum, for them admission is free, but they need to provide an income certificate of their respective guardian for proof and a picture of the student where he/she is planting a tree.
Regular classes is held and course is always completed on time by teachers and lectures are provided in both Assamese and English language.
