Assessments follow the semester system, including both internal and external exams. Graduates have job opportunities in prestigious hospitals like Lilavati and KEM in Mumbai and Pune. After completing 3.5 years of study, students can intern for six months to a year at Sassoon General Hospital.

The college has a tiered fee structure: approximately 14,000 for open category students, 9,000 for OBC students, and 5,000 for SC/ST students, inclusive of hostel fees.
