Desbandhu College's placement is always good. Most of the placement are based on students marketing and management skill. Many internship offers are made from different departments of the college. The highest CTC goes upto Rs 10 lacs and lowest goes to Rs 5 lacs.

The college does not provide placements to the students who are pursuing bachelor degree but to the students who are pursuing masters degree. The college does not provide internship as well. This the point where the college lacks.

Placement Experience:

In our DCG, we had a placement cell individually. They try to bring as many multinational companies as possible to get jobs for the students. Coming to internships, it totally depends on the individual caliber. In our college internship is not compulsory. But the faculty will help the students in getting internship if the students are ready for it.

Not many companies visit the college.The average package for B.COM is around 2.5 lac per annum which is quite average.Majority of the students go for higher education like MBA instead of going for such low paying jobs.

Best college for environmental science!!!!!

Placement Experience:

The placements were good for all the departments. I didn't sit for placements as i wanted to do higher studies, but many of my friends got jobs mostly in government sector but still it was good. The college didn't provide any internships we had to search by ourselves but the teachers helped sometimes with it.
