Sri Venkateshwara College of Pharmacy offers B.Pharm course of four-year duration with the intake capacity of 60 students and it also offers Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) program of two-year duration in its curriculum.
Students who have passed 10+2 with Chemistry and Physics as compulsory subjects and have studied Biology or Mathematics as optional subjects from a recognized Board are considered eligible for both B.Pharm and for D.Pharm courses.
Admission against 70% seats in B.Pharm program is given on the basis of TS-EAMCET rank under convener quota and the remaining 30% seats are filled under the management quota on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination. The college offers Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharma.D) program of six-year duration with the intake of 30 students and Pharm.D (Post-Baccalaureate) course of three-year duration. Applicants who have passed 10+2 in Science Stream from an institute approved by the Pharmacy Council of India are considered eligible to get admission to Pharm.D course. The minimum eligibility requirement of Pharm.D (Post-Baccalaureate) course is B.Pharm degree from a recognized University.
70% seats in Pharm.D course is filled through counselling conducted on the basis of convener TS-EAMCET rank and the remaining 30% seats are filled under the management quota on the basis of candidate’s merit in 10+2. Candidates are admitted in Pharm.D (PB) through the counselling conducted in the presence of University PG Admission Director as per the instructions of APSCHE on the basis of rank obtained in TS PGECET.
