The environment on campus is competitive and provides the motivation to enhance one’s skills and technical knowledge. Amity Gwalior placements are good for CSE. Hitachi, MAQ Software, Mphasis, ISC Software, etc. are some of the major recruiters that take part in the placement drive. The average CTC offered for CSE is around INR 6 LPA. BTech at Amity University Gwalior is available in six streams of Computer Science and Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Biotechnology, Information Technology, and Mechanical Engineering. The course takes place on campus, full-time with a course duration of 4 years. Ranking: In India, Today rankings of Top Private Colleges in India, the BTech of Amity University Gwalior stands at 154 out of 200 colleges. 134th out of 191 in India 2020 by The Week rankings. 162nd out of 300 in India 2020 by NIRF rankings of 2020. Eligibility An applicant must have 10+2 with a minimum of 60% in PCM (PCM/PCB for Biotechnology), Must possess Amity JEE score/ valid JEE Main score/ or a test on the day of the interview. Placement Statistics 58% of students were in CSE-IT, 24% in MAE, 10% in Civil, and 8% in ECE. 59 National, 20 MNCs, and 5 Fortune 500 companies participated in the recruitment of 2019-2019. 17 new companies visited the campus for a recruitment drive. The total placement percentage was 97.95%. Ans. B.Tech in Biotechnology from Amity University is really good as it is a NAAC Grade ‘A’ University and approved by AICTE and UGC. Amity University is a fair option if you want to pursue your B.Tech in Biotechnology and the two main reasons are – Course and Faculty. If you do not get into IITs or NITs then Amity can be considered as a good option. Almost all the colleges have the same curriculum and course, the difference lies in the type of placements and opportunities offered by the University. Category Amity University Ranking #162 by NIRF for B. Tech Average Fee Per Year 1,71,000 lakh per year Course Duration 4 years Entrance Mode JEE Main, State Engineering Entrance Exam, Amity JEE Companies Visited Aditya, Adobe, Amazon, CitiCorp, etc. Hostel Fee 58,000 per year Campus Life: A strict No Ragging policy is followed by the College.
