This quote has always inspired me to persevere, push boundaries, and pursue my dreams with dedication. Hi! I am Tanushree Das, currently working as a Content Writer at Collegedunia since 23rd June 2025. With a strong academic foundation in Computer Science Engineering (B.E.) and an MBA in Human Resource Management, I bring a unique blend of technical knowledge, analytical reasoning, and human-centric communication skills into my work.

I specialize in creating engaging, insightful, and impactful content that informs, guides, and inspires readers. My expertise lies in crafting articles, blogs, reports, and reviews that resonate with students, parents, and professionals seeking authentic information about higher education and career development. My ability to blend research-driven insights with a reader-friendly approach helps deliver content that is both credible and relatable.

Beyond content writing, I have extensive experience as a Soft Skills Trainer and English Communication Trainer. Over the years, I have trained students and professionals in interpersonal skills, leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, and communication excellence. I designed interactive workshops, role-playing modules, and customized coaching sessions that equipped learners with confidence, emotional intelligence, and real-world adaptability. My belief has always been that effective communication and self-development are the cornerstones of success.

Additionally, my stint as a Content Analyst at Turing honed my analytical abilities and exposed me to the fascinating world of Artificial Intelligence. There, I evaluated LLM responses, documented guidelines, and contributed to fine-tuning AI-generated content. While different from my previous roles, it broadened my perspective and reinforced my adaptability.

I have also done internships with Marpu Foundation and To-Let Globe. At To-Let Globe, I started my internship journey as a content writer and was then promoted to the Team Captain of the Content Writer team. I spearheaded a team of 15 content writers, managed Excel sheets, daily Google Meets, and reviewed their everyday tasks, which involved social media content and captions.
