This course gives you the skills to lead change across healthcare teams and organisations. Upon successful completion of the Master of Health Services Management, you will develop skills through the following learning outcomes:

Be a reflective, critical thinker who influences practice, policy and research to achieve clinical excellence and transform healthcare services. Improve healthcare outcomes by initiating and explaining appropriate change management methodologies. - Problem-solving and analytical skills
Critique, interpret and synthesise data and research findings to develop safe, effective and evidence-based solutions to healthcare challenges. Propose relevant problem-solving and human factors theories to the analysis of common issues inherent in the management and evaluation of healthcare services. - Healthcare leadership skills
Be an effective, collaborative and responsive leader who considers healthcare in a global context. Justify and demonstrate appropriate leadership styles and skills necessary to manage, evaluate and innovate healthcare services utilising contemporary local, national and international perspectives. - Attitudes and values

Academic Eligibility
- Applicants must have completed a UTS recognized bachelor's degree, or an equivalent or higher qualification, or submitted other evidence of general and professional qualifications that demonstrates the potential to pursue graduate studies.
