• The applicants must be a citizen of India and must also have a domicile certificate from Tamil Nadu State.
• The applicants must have a minimum age of 14 years and must not be above 40 years of age. 
• The candidate must have passed or appeared in the class 8th/ 10th exam. They must score a minimum of 35% marks in the previous qualifying exam.
