How to Register for SAAT 2026 Round 2 Counselling

Counselling registration is done entirely online through the SOA admission portal. Students must register within the announced window — late registrations are not accepted and forfeit eligibility for Round 2 seat allotment.

2. Click the e-Counselling or Round 2 Counselling Registration link on the homepage.
3. Log in with your SAAT 2026 roll number and registered password or date of birth.

How to Fill and Lock Choices on SOA Admission Portal

After registration, filling and locking course preferences is the most critical step in the SAAT 2026 counselling process. Choices must be locked before the portal deadline — preferences that are saved but not locked will be ignored during seat allotment.

1. Log in to admission.soa.ac.in with your SAAT 2026 credentials after completing registration.
2. Navigate to the Choice Filling section in your counselling dashboard.
3. View all available programs and branches at SOA University — B.Tech, B.Arch, BDS, MBBS, B.Pharma, and others.
4. Add your preferred programs in order of priority, placing your most preferred course and branch combination at the top.
5. Rearrange choices using the available options until you are satisfied with the preference order.
6. Review your entire choice list carefully before proceeding to lock.

Documents Required for SAAT 2026 Round 2 Counselling

Keep the following documents ready before starting counselling registration. Originals and two sets of self-attested photocopies are required when you report to the allotted college for document verification and fee payment.

Missing or incomplete documents at the reporting venue may result in cancellation of your allotted seat. Carry all originals and at least two self-attested photocopies of every document listed above.

What to Do After SAAT 2026 Seat Allotment

Once the Round 2 seat allotment result is declared on the portal, students must act within the dates specified in their allotment letter. Failing to report on time results in cancellation of the allotted seat.

1. Log in to admission.soa.ac.in and check your Round 2 seat allotment result.
2. Download and print the Provisional Seat Allotment Letter from your counselling dashboard.
3. Note the allotted college, course, and branch name carefully before proceeding.
4. Report to the allotted college on or before the date mentioned in the allotment letter.
5. Submit original documents for verification by the college admission committee.
6. Pay the admission fee using a Demand Draft drawn in favour of Siksha ’O’ Anusandhan University, payable at Bhubaneswar, from any nationalised bank.

Students not satisfied with their Round 2 allotment, or those who did not receive any seat, may apply for the SAAT 2026 Mopup Round. Mopup Round applications close on July 4, 2026, with exams scheduled from July 11–15, 2026.
