You have been associated with the education sector for a long time. What keeps you connected with education, and how has your journey been with SIT Hyderabad?
I firmly believe that education is the most powerful catalyst for transforming individuals and society. This belief has inspired me throughout my journey of over 23 years as a teacher, researcher, mentor, administrator, and academic leader. My greatest satisfaction comes from seeing students evolve into competent professionals, responsible citizens, and future leaders. Every interaction with young minds presents an opportunity to nurture innovation, critical thinking, ethical values, and leadership.
Being the Director of Symbiosis Institute of Technology (SIT), Hyderabad has been an exciting and fulfilling journey. As one of the youngest constituent institutes of Symbiosis International (Deemed University), established in 2024, we have the unique opportunity to build an institution rooted in academic excellence, innovation, and global relevance from its very foundation.
