He has also earned a three-year diploma (First Division) in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition, Bhopal. He holds two years of Kitchen Management Training at Habitat World, India Habitat Center, Lodhi Road, New Delhi, a unit of Old World Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. from 1999 to 2001. He had six months of industrial training at Welcomgroup Maurya Sheraton Hotel and Towers. Till date, he is the Co-Founder at Cook and Bake Academy and Managing Director of NPS Hospitality Services, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi. He is an effective manager of Oriental Octopus Kitchen Delhi, Noida and has opened QSR Orient 8 in Saket. He has been featured by various leading publications for food festivals done in oriental octopus.

Creating a diverse learning environment that reflects the global nature of culinary arts is another priority.
