KNRUHS Results 2026 has released the results of various undergraduate, postgraduate, and professional health science examinations conducted during March and April 2026. The released results cover a wide range of programmes, including MBBS, BHMS, BAMS, BSc Nursing, MSc Nursing, MD Homoeopathy, MD Unani, MD/MS Ayurveda, MPH, and other courses.

Students who appeared for these examinations can check their results through the official KNRUHS examination portal knruhs.telangana.gov.in/examination-results/. The university has published results for regular, backlog, and referred candidates across multiple batches and regulations. The latest results, updated up to 17 June 2026, include First and Second Professional BHMS, First Professional BAMS, Final MBBS Part-I and Part-II, BSc Nursing, MD Unani, MD Homoeopathy, MPH, and several other programmes.

KNRUHS Improvement Exam 2026

In case a student is not satisfied with his/her performance in their semester exams, they can appear for the KNRUHS Improvement Exam. 

• A minimum attendance of 75% is required to appear for the Improvement Exam.
• Fill up the examination form on the official website of the university. 
• Pay the examination fees and submit the form.

KNRUHS Backlog and Supplementary Exam 2026

In case a student has failed a particular semester examination, they need to appear for the Backlog or Supplementary Exam.

• KNRUHS Backlog and Supplementary Exams are conducted the next year with regular students. 
• To apply for the backlog exam, one needs to keep a check on the KNRUHS Official Website for backlog examination notification.
• Once the notification is released, the candidates can fill up the form and submit the exam fee online through the link issued by the university.
