Bennett University BTech CSE tuition totals ₹15.70 lakh across four years in the 2026–27 fee structure, before registration, security, examination and other charges. Regular MBA tuition is ₹12 lakh for two years. Three-year BCA tuition is ₹5.70 lakh, while the four-year honours option is ₹7.70 lakh. Hostel accommodation is charged separately.
The university gives year-wise tuition, so the first-year amount should not be multiplied across every year. It also allows fee revisions in a new academic year. Scholarships can reduce tuition when awarded, but Bennett's current notice says that the 2026–27 scholarship allocation is exhausted. Fresh awards for 2027–28 will depend on the next announcement and available allocation.
Bennett University BTech Fees
CSE Tuition for Four Years
The CSE tuition fee increases from ₹3.80 lakh in the first year to ₹3.90 lakh in the second year. The third and fourth years are ₹4 lakh each. The ₹15.70 lakh total is the sum of these four tuition amounts in the university's fee structure.
| Year | BTech CSE tuition | ECE tuition |
|---|---|---|
| First year | ₹3,80,000 | ₹3,60,000 |
| Second year | ₹3,90,000 | ₹3,70,000 |
| Third year | ₹4,00,000 | ₹3,80,000 |
| Fourth year | ₹4,00,000 | ₹3,80,000 |
| Four-year tuition | ₹15,70,000 | ₹14,90,000 |
ECE is ₹20,000 lower in tuition in each year, making the four-year difference ₹80,000. Students choosing between these courses should also allow for the separate charges below. A tuition scholarship affects the tuition portion of the bill; the university's hostel and other charges are not included in these course totals.
Registration, Security and Annual Charges
For CSE, registration is ₹45,000 once and the refundable security deposit is ₹30,000. The examination charge is ₹12,000 per academic year, paid in two instalments of ₹6,000 at semester registration. Co-curricular charges are another ₹3,000 a year.
| CSE fee component | Amount | Payment period |
|---|---|---|
| Registration | ₹45,000 | One time |
| Refundable security deposit | ₹30,000 | One time |
| Examination | ₹12,000 | Each academic year |
| Co-curricular activities | ₹3,000 | Each academic year |
| Degree digitalisation | ₹2,500 | One time |
| Alumni charge | ₹1,500 | One time |
| Sports charge for day scholars | ₹26,000 | Each academic year |
The day-scholar sports charge is payable in two instalments of ₹13,000. Students using university transport pay a separate distance-based charge per semester. This means that a student living at home still needs to include applicable sports and transport payments when comparing the annual amount with a residential option.
First-year CSE tuition, registration, security, examination and co-curricular charges together are ₹4.70 lakh: ₹3.80 lakh + ₹45,000 + ₹30,000 + ₹12,000 + ₹3,000. This calculation excludes hostel, day-scholar sports, transport and the separately timed degree and alumni charges. The offer and payment demand specify when each component is collected.
Artificial Intelligence and Dual Degrees
BTech Artificial Intelligence has an AI fee advantage in its own schedule. Gross tuition is ₹18.55 lakh over four years, with a stated ₹2.35 lakh reduction, giving net tuition of ₹16.20 lakh. The year-wise net amounts are ₹4.25 lakh, ₹4.10 lakh, ₹4 lakh and ₹3.85 lakh. Merit scholarship treatment follows the university's applicable award conditions.
The Biotechnology BTech–MTech dual degree has tuition of ₹3.70 lakh in each of the first two years, ₹3.80 lakh in each of the next two, and ₹1.29 lakh in the fifth year. These amounts total ₹16.29 lakh. Its fifth-year fee is therefore different from the undergraduate years, which matters when calculating the full dual-degree payment.
BCA, BBA and Other Undergraduate Fees
Three-Year and Four-Year Options
BCA and BBA have separate three-year and four-year amounts. In BCA, the first three tuition payments are ₹1.80 lakh, ₹1.90 lakh and ₹2 lakh. The fourth honours or honours-with-research year adds ₹2 lakh. BBA tuition is ₹3.08 lakh, ₹3.245 lakh and ₹3.41 lakh in the first three years, followed by ₹3.41 lakh for the fourth year.
| Programme | Duration in this fee option | Tuition total |
|---|---|---|
| BCA | Three years | ₹5,70,000 |
| BCA (Hons)/Hons with Research | Four years | ₹7,70,000 |
| BBA | Three years | ₹9,73,500 |
| BBA four-year option | Four years | ₹13,14,500 |
The difference between the three-year and four-year amounts is the additional year of tuition. Registration and other components must be checked in the chosen programme's block. The four-year amount should be used only where the student continues into that degree option.
Law and Liberal Arts
The integrated law schedule gives annual tuition of ₹3.60 lakh for five years, or ₹18 lakh in tuition. Adding the ₹45,000 one-time registration payment gives ₹18.45 lakh before security, examinations, accommodation and other applicable charges. The LLM schedule has ₹1.50 lakh tuition for its one-year programme and its own registration amount.
BA Liberal Arts tuition is ₹4.70 lakh per year in the relevant three-year and four-year options. Three years of tuition plus ₹45,000 registration total ₹14.55 lakh; four years plus registration total ₹19.25 lakh. These are academic components, so hostel and other payments remain additional. Global programmes that include study at a partner university have separate overseas fees and currencies.
Bennett University MBA and Postgraduate Fees
MBA Fees for Two Years
Regular MBA tuition is ₹6 lakh per year. A ₹45,000 registration fee is added in the first year, bringing tuition plus registration to ₹6.45 lakh initially and ₹6 lakh in the second year. The two-year total for those components is ₹12.45 lakh.
| Programme | First-year tuition | Second-year tuition | Tuition plus registration |
|---|---|---|---|
| MBA | ₹6,00,000 | ₹6,00,000 | ₹12,45,000 |
| MCA | ₹2,00,000 | ₹2,00,000 | ₹4,10,000 |
| MTech CSE | ₹1,55,000 | ₹1,65,000 | ₹3,30,000 |
MBA also has a ₹30,000 refundable security deposit, ₹12,000 annual examination charge and ₹3,000 annual co-curricular charge. The day-scholar sports, degree digitalisation and alumni charges are listed separately. A student using a hostel should add the selected room fee to the academic payment.
MCA and MTech Charges
MCA registration is ₹10,000, making tuition plus registration ₹2.10 lakh in the first year and ₹2 lakh in the second. Its examination charge is ₹7,000 a year, different from the ₹12,000 MBA examination charge. The course also lists security and other applicable payments.
MTech CSE tuition rises by ₹10,000 between the first and second years. The ₹3.30 lakh academic total includes ₹3.20 lakh tuition and ₹10,000 registration. Specialised postgraduate and industry-integrated programmes have their own schedules; the regular MBA or MCA amount does not cover every postgraduate option.
Bennett University Hostel Fees
The course schedules quote ₹1.70 lakh per year for on-campus triple sharing. The MBA block also gives a twin-sharing option at ₹2.25 lakh per year. Twin sharing is therefore ₹55,000 more per year at these rates.
| Accommodation | Annual hostel fee |
|---|---|
| On-campus triple sharing | ₹1,70,000 |
| MBA twin sharing | ₹2,25,000 |
The university allows hostel fees to rise by up to 7% annually. At the current triple-sharing rate, first-year CSE tuition, registration, security, examination, co-curricular charges and hostel together are ₹6.40 lakh. The equivalent MBA combination is ₹8.60 lakh with triple sharing or ₹9.15 lakh with twin sharing. These calculations cover the named components and do not assume an unchanged hostel rate for later years.
Accommodation is also subject to availability. A 2026 admission notice states that hostel accommodation cannot be provided to students admitted after 25 July 2026. The advertised room fee therefore does not establish that a room is available for a particular applicant. The next intake's allotment rules will be announced separately.
Bennett University Scholarships
CSE Merit Scholarship Bands
Bennett awards merit scholarships against the accepted school or entrance score. For CSE, the Class 12 calculation includes Physics, Mathematics and the highest eligible third subject. The university's displayed bands provide a useful account of how awards have been calculated, but fresh 2026–27 scholarship applications are currently closed.
| Tuition scholarship | Class 12 best-three/CUET band | JEE Main band |
|---|---|---|
| 50% | 95 and above | 90 and above |
| 30% | 91–94.99 | 75–89.99 |
| 20% | 86–90.99 | 70–74.99 |
| 10% | 81–85.99 | 65–69.99 |
The scholarship page also gives IB and SAT bands. For the 50% CSE award, these are at least 40 in IB or at least 1451 in SAT. Other degrees have their own bands, so the CSE thresholds should not be applied to BBA, law or MBA without checking that programme's terms.
Renewal and Special Scholarships
Continuation requires a minimum CGPA of 8 out of 10, subject to the university's scholarship policy. Awards are limited and normally allocated on a first-come basis. Where a student qualifies for more than one scholarship, Bennett grants the highest-value award under its guidelines rather than automatically adding all concessions together.
The university lists a 10% sibling concession for the period when siblings' courses overlap, a 10% single-girl-child tuition concession, a 10% concession for Bennett alumni entering postgraduate study and a 5% concession for eligible wards of defence and paramilitary personnel. Each requires the relevant supporting documents and an approved award.
The Vineet Jain Scholarship under the Chancellor's Scholarship Fund supports selected applicants from specified backgrounds. These include financially needy families, first-generation students, promising women scholars, athletes, students with disabilities and families affected by conflict or disasters. Seats are limited, and the university decides the award. Current availability and the next intake's terms are given on the Bennett scholarship page.
