Purdue University Food Science Courses

Purdue University’s Food Science courses enable students which applies science, such as microbiology and biochemistry, to discover ways to improve the taste, nutrition, and value of the food supply. These courses provide with the skills required for a food scientist, such as to convert raw food products into safe, attractive foods and beverages.
