Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Eligibility:

  • Applicants must hold a four-year Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies (or similar degree in architecture) or equivalent from a recognized institution.
  • A GPA of at least 3.0/4.0 is required to be eligible for the program.

Indian Student Eligibility:

  • Students must complete a 4 year Bachelor's Degree with first-class in a relevant field from a highly ranked university in India.
  • Or, students completed a master's degree with first-class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
  • Full Status Admission Minimum GPA Requirements:
    • 55%
    • 2nd Class Upper
    • 8/10

Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.

Examples of work should include undergraduate design studio work, sketches, freehand drawings, construction drawings, photos of architectural models, and digital models and drawings demonstrating the applicant’s abilities to use architectural graphic programs such as Sketchup, Sketchbook Pro, Rhino, and others. 
  • ELP Scores: Students have to submit their English language proficiency scores like IELTS, TOEFL, or other test scores.
