The course curriculum at IUPUI is adequate I would say. I took 4 subjects in my first semester and 3 in second semester. The courses are well outlined and also mention clearly if there are prerequisites to be taken. The course enrollment team will help if there are any queries regarding any course. Each course has a limited number of seats to meet the faculty to student ratio, so it's a great thing to have like minded students around who are really interested in the course.
The program costs you around $30k per year and I got an education loan to meet my educational expenses at IUPUI. There are scholarship programs available with IUPUI for which there are some eligibility criteria to be met.

Approx 61k $
Coursework equivalent to 42 credits is required for degree completion. This is like 12-14 courses. If you don’t have a master's then this requirement is 60 credits.
My tuition fees are covered by the department.
I think that with my major there is a large majority of us that want to go into events and conventions as opposed to tourism and hotel management/ restaurant management and there?s a lot of unnecessary courses that we have to take regarding those. I do understand that they are needed for those who are coming through that are taking another route it just seems like a large majority are taking the events and conventions route. I'd like to see more classes geared towards that.
Tuition and Housing are the two big fees. It's a little less than $5,000/ semester for tuition and a little over $5,000/ semester for housing.
I think it?s a good idea for future students, although many people don't approve of it. I believe that we should be open to new opportunities and t could be very beneficial for future generations.
There are fees for parking which can be a little crazy since there isn't much parking available for students it can be hard to find parking and if you park at the wrong place you end up getting a large bill for a ticket and that can get very pricey very quickly.
