I chose this university because it was close to my home end it was near DC so there are a lot of job opportunities for computer science at the university. I overall experienced at my colleges very fun, although I just go to my classes and do not spend too much time at the University itself, it is a very fun experience overall.
Course Curriculum
my opinion on the course curriculum and academics is that it’s very rigorous and requires a lot of time commitment but it’s very updated and relevant to what we will be learning in the real world when I take up a job after university. I have not been given any industry exposure or research experience as of yet.
Faculty
I don’t know the exact faculty to student ratio, but the faculty and staff are very helpful and they have very good accommodations for office hours where I can learn and reinforce my knowledge from what I learned in class. They are very well versed and approachable.
Campus Life
The campus life is very fun and there are many extracurricular activities. However I do not always participate in them because I sometimes get busy with work. The libraries and sports facilities are very nice because they’re very big and spacious at my university.
Placement
The average post study research opportunities and placement thrower programs for students are very good because since we are very close to DC, there are many companies who visit us and get paid salaries after the graduate assuming that they have a good GPA.
Accommodation
I live off campus and so accommodation facilities abroad do not include for me.
Exams
My Scores: SAT: 1290/1600, did not take any other exams before college. The admission requirements for my college were to have a GPA over around 3.3, but wasn’t crucial to acceptance.
Fees
The total tuition fees of my program are $8000 per semester and $16,000 per year.
