- The factors that made pick this University was highly specialized program, faculty and generous amount of need based aid.
- The best thing about my university was highly specialised course and mentors. The cohort was highly diverse bringing in wide view of experiences in class room discussion. The faculty were also very supportive in giving good mentorship.
Dislikes
- "The visa restrictions for non stem major graduates was one disappointing factor. Also Tucson was not a great location to be at. It was far from metropolitan setup. There was not enough job opportunities. "
My experience at University was intellectually very awakening. I got a different perspective about pedagogy in different part of the world, different from my country.
Course Curriculum
Well the course is updated with all the recent updates in the industry. The program offered great real word learning experience.
Exams
The admission requirement was one standardized language proficiency test. I gave IELTS with an 8 band score. I submitted my SOP, resume and two letters of recommendation. My sop was mostly about my proposed research topic on indigenous rights and self determination.
Placement
Post study placements are not very great form courses like law. But for stem graduates there are ample opportunities.
Internship
No I didn't opt for any internships.
Fees
$26,000
Scholarship
Yes I received William JD tuition scholarship.
Faculty
It is very subjective. It depends on courses that a student picks. There are courses where the strength is less and some courses have huge strength.
Campus Life
Campus Life is not very great. Tucson is a very small town with very limited options. Research facilities are great.
Hostel
I stayed at student housing where my rent was $1500 including meal. My accommodation was a two sharing room.
