The college offers a balanced learning environment with a faculty-to-student ratio of 1:25, employing both permanent and visiting faculty from reputed institutions. The evaluation system requires students to earn 100 marks per subject, with a minimum of 40 marks overall and 12 in the end-term exam to pass. The curriculum includes unique subjects like Introduction to Rail Engineering.
