Sarvajanik University M.Plan Urban And Regional Planning: Fees 2026, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

Ans. The total fee for the two-year Master of Planning (Urban and Regional Planning) programme at MS-IDPT, Sarvajanik University, Surat is INR 1,56,000 as per the official 2025-26 fee structure. This includes tuition (INR 66,000 per year), enrollment, activity, examination fees, and a refundable security deposit of INR 5,000 in Year 1. Hostel and mess charges are separate.

Ans. Candidates must hold a B.Arch, B.Plan, or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognised institution with at least 50 per cent aggregate marks or CGPA 5.0. Candidates with a postgraduate degree in Geography, Economics, or allied social sciences may also be eligible.
