MGMU B.Arch : Fees 2025, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

MGMU B.Arch is offered as 5 Years Full Time program, with total intake of 60 seats. The minimum eligibility criteria for B.Arch is 10+2+NATA. The total fees for MGMU B.Arch in 2025 is ₹ 7.98 Lakhs for the complete course duration, which includes total tuition fees of ₹ 7.5 Lakhs. Earlier, the fees in 2024 - 2025 for B.Arch was ₹ 7.98 Lakhs.

MGMU B.Arch fees in first year is ₹ 1.72 Lakhs. The detailed fees is mentioned below.

• The first year tuition fees is ₹ 1.5 Lakhs.
• Other Miscellaneous fees is ₹ 22,000.

MGMU Hostel Fee for Male is ₹ 65,300 to 1.91 Lakhs. Hostel Fee for Female at MGMU is ₹ 42,300 to 1.98 Lakhs.

Academic Requirement:

Maharashtra State Candidate

• The Candidate should be an Indian National and having domicile of Maharashtra state and / or born in Maharashtra state.
• The candidate should have passed 10+2 scheme of examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematic subjects.

OR

• 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject,
• In addition to the above, the candidate needs to qualify an Aptitude Test in Architecture i.e., NATA  conducted by the COA or JEE Main Paper II conducted by the competent authority.

All India Candidate and *NRI Candidate (*NRI Seats subject to approval by AICTE & CoA)

• The Candidate should be an Indian National.
