The college provides robust placement opportunities, organizing campus drives three times during the final year in December, January, and February. Numerous companies visit the university for recruitment, enhancing students' opportunities for employment. The institution also enriches practical learning by hosting industrial visits and summer training camps twice, where students gain hands-on experience in areas like feeder management, fault recognition, and electricity distribution at JVVNL power grid substations.
To support students from poor and weak socio-economic backgrounds, the college offers a COVID-19 scholarship program. Scholarships are based on academic performance, and eligible students may receive fee rebates, making education more accessible to those in need.
