Gurugram University M.Tech CSE Fees
The M.Tech CSE programme at Gurugram University is highly cost-effective compared to private engineering colleges in the NCR. The first-year fee is Rs. 80,000 (as per the official fee structure 2025-26), while the second-year fee works out to approximately Rs. 67,890 (based on the official odd semester fee notice: Rs. 33,945 per semester for Year 2 students), bringing the total programme cost to approximately Rs. 1,47,890. Hostel accommodation is available on campus at approximately Rs. 30,000 per year and is not mandatory.

- Year 1 annual fee of Rs. 80,000 is as per the official Gurugram University fee structure for M.Tech CSE (2025-26).
- Year 2 fee is based on the official odd semester fee notice (July-December 2025): Rs. 33,945 per semester for M.Tech CSE 2024 batch students.
- Hostel fees are not mandatory.
- Students may opt for PG accommodations near the campus ranging from Rs. 7,000 to Rs. 15,000 per month.
- Fee is to be paid online through the Samarth portal.
- No cash or cheque payments are accepted.
- Late fee charges apply after the notified due date: Rs. 200 (1-10 days late), Rs. 500 (11-20 days late), Rs. 1,000 (21-30 days late).
- SC/ST students of Haryana with parental income up to Rs. 2.5 lakh per annum are eligible for fee reimbursement under the Post Matric Scholarship scheme.
- Fee refund policy is as per UGC/State Government norms.
