The college boasts a highly qualified faculty, with all members holding PhDs and possessing significant teaching and experimental experience. Most are assistant professors, supported by guest teachers for specific subjects. Regular mentor-mentee meetings facilitate a supportive academic environment. While the faculty is generally cooperative, feedback on the Bachelor of Pharmacy in Ayurveda faculty is less favorable. The college employs a structured assessment system with two sessional exams, a practical exam, and a semester exam.

Students become eligible for placement drives from the 7th semester, though the BPharma Ayurveda course has not yet reached the placement stage due to its recent inception. However, companies like Dabur, Himalayan, and Baidynath offer internships, providing students with practical exposure. The total fee for the 4-year course is Rs 360,000, with general category students paying Rs 90,000 annually, divided into Rs 56,000 for odd semesters and Rs 34,000 for even semesters. Reserved category students, such as SC, ST, and OBC, receive fee reductions, with SC students paying only Rs 30,000 annually.
